Operation

Processing the timber with chemicals

  1. Wood Selection: Choose suitable wood species and grades based on project requirements.
  2. Debarking and Moisture Control: Remove outer bark and condition wood to desired moisture content.
  3. Lamination: Bond wood boards together with adhesive to form a panel.
  4. Pressing: Apply high pressure and temperature to compress the panel to desired thickness.
  5. CNC Milling: Precision-cut openings for doors, windows, and shape the panel.
  6. Finishing: Sand and apply protective coatings for durability and appearance.
  7. Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure panels meet specified standards.
